Roma’s Radja Nainggolan: I hate Juventus

Radja Nainggolan has never been afraid to speak his mind. The Roma midfielder, talking to a group of fans, has said that he “hates Juventus” and has guaranteed that the Giallorossi will end their trophy drought this season. The midfielder’s quotes follow, watch the video (in Italian) below.

“I’ve turned down some big offers, I could easily have left, I don’t give a shit about being insulted. But I’ve never liked Juve since I was born. I’m not joking. I’ve always hated Juve, even before I joined Cagliari. At Cagliari I put my balls on the line to beat Juve. I hate Juve. I always drew at the Juventus Stadium with Cagliari against Juve, I never lost, I only lost against them in Trieste. I hate them because they always win because of a penalty, a free kick… I came to Roma because I wanted to try and win something against Juve, who have always had that sort of help. I’ll tell you now, if we don’t win the scudetto we’ll win the Coppa Italia. We’ll win both games against Lazio in the semi-final, don’t worry about that.”
